Associate Member (2026~)

<JSCE Associate Member>

Who can become an Associate Member?

Associate Membership connects you with the JSCE community of civil engineering professionals and provides access to the latest global technology news and trends. This membership is open to professionals based overseas who support JSCE’s mission and are eager to participate in our international activities. Membership is valid from the registration date until the end of the fiscal year. You may renew your membership annually by notifying your nearest JSCE International Section.
Note: JSCE’s fiscal year runs from April 1 to March 31

How to Apply

Please locate the nearest of JSCE's 9 International Sections and contact them to submit your Associate Membership application.
Once your application is processed, a “Certificate of Associate Membership of the Japan Society of Civil Engineers” will be issued to you.

Alternatively, you may apply via the online form to the JSCE International Activities Center in Tokyo.

Requirements

There is no set requirement to become an Associate Member of JSCE.

Receive an electronic “Certificate of Associate Membership” and ID card.
Access to the communities of JSCE and JSCE International Sections.
Access a wide range of expertise through our global network.
Attend various meetings and activities hosted by JSCE and the International Activities Center (IAC).

    “Open seminar on regional development” (Indonesia),
    “Joint seminar on public transport development” (Vietnam),
    “Joint seminar on maintenance of concrete structures” (Philippines).
Upgrade to Individual Regular or Student Membership at any time.
